Completing a Refund transaction
- Select ‘Menu’
- Select ‘Functions’
- Select ‘Refund’
- Enter your Merchant Passcode
- Enter the refund amount
- Ask the cardholder to tap/insert the card, select the account, and enter their PIN.
- If successful, you will see an ‘Approved’
message and depending on your chosen receipt settings, the machine will
print a receipt, or you can select a receipt from the confirmation
screen.
- You can also opt in for the quick “More Options” flow, which offers alternative payment methods while taking a payment
