Process a Refund
Refunds (both full and partial) in LiveTap can only be processed via the original transaction. Standalone transactions are not available.
- From the History click on the transaction you wish to refund.
- Press Refund
- You can choose to process a full or partial refund.
Note: You can process multiple partial refunds until the full sale amount is reached.
