- Select History from the menu bar.
- Select the last approved transaction.
- Select Void on the transaction summary page.
- Ask
your customer to Tap, Insert or Swipe the same card used in the
original transaction. A confirmation screen will appear confirming if
the Void was successful. An automatic paper receipt will also print.
Note: You
can only Void the last approved transaction. Processing a Void will
stop a transaction from being charged. Funds will be returned to the
customer's card within 1 – 3business days. If Void is not available,
then we recommend proceeding with a refund.
