Offering a modern and mobile-friendly interface, you are now able to access your terminal and manage all your transactions and settings in one place. On top of offering a modern look and feel, the new portal is faster, more robust and offers improved reporting features so that you can run your business better.

How Do I Use the New Virtual Terminal?

3. Emailing Receipts

• After finished a transaction, you will be able to do this from within the Virtual Terminal Interface.

• Later, you will also be able to email a receipt from from "Sales" menu

5. Viewing Transactions

In your ‘Sales’ menu, you will notice you have two items:

1. ‘Today’ - These are your Virtual Terminal's transactions which have been processed from 12 am this morning

2. ‘History’ - These are the other transactions made prior to 12 am this morning

7. Searching a Transaction with Reference number

• You can search with full or part of reference number

10. Downloading list of transactions 

• You can export a list of transactions (to a .csv file)
