What documentation do I need for a Live Payments Virtual Terminal?

Live Payments requires a few important things when setting up a new Virtual Terminal:

  • A working/active website.
  • The trading address on your website must match the trading address you have on your application form.
  • Your e-mail address should be the same as the e-mail address on your website (mostly found in the 'Contact us' section on your website).
  • The domain name of your e-mail address should also match the name of your business' website.
