How do I process a refund?

Please follow the steps below to process a refund transaction on your device:

1. From the main screen press ‘Function’
2. Press ‘Refund’
3. Enter Merchant Password: 123456
4. Enter ‘Amount’
5. Press confirm to present card
6. The screen will show ‘Approved’ or ‘Declined’

NB: You must have refunds enabled on your device.
