Steps

  1. Go to: woo.com and log in
  2. Find "Get support"
     
  3. Find "Submit a request"
  4. Examples:
    1. If you need technical support for Woocommerce installation:
    2. If you are installing the SkyVerge's plugin for CyberSource Payment Gateway, you need to select "Technical support" and "CyberSource Payment Gateway" as below:
      • You also need to provide System Status Reports, Subject and describe your issue.
      • Then SkyVerge support team will contact you directly via email (that you used to log in to the woo.com)
