WooCommerce Boarding Guide

  • WooCommerce is a third party plugin that turns your WordPress site into an eCommerce store.

  • Skyverge’s WooCommerce plugin uses Cybersource’s Flex Microform payment form, ensuring your page meets SAQ A PCI compliance whilst also providing a seamless checkout for your customers.

  • It uses ‘hosted fields’ to process payments, meaning that sensitive payment data is never handled by your business servers. Instead, the data is sent directly to CyberSource.

Before You Start

Before you attempt to set up the integration, please ensure you have/are using the following:

  1. Registration for an ‘eCommerce / ISV’ account

    • If you are unsure whether your account is properly configured to support Cybersource integrations, please contact help@livepayments.com or call 1300 780 788. Be sure to mention that you are seeking to install the Cybersource Skyverge WooCommerce plugin.

  2. [From Live Payments] Your ‘ISV Configuration Kit’ for the Skyverge WooCommerce plugin

    • You should have received this from the Live Payments CS/applications team shortly after you applied for the integration. This kit will contain key information required for a successful configuration.

    • If you have not received this, please contact customer support to obtain one. You can kick start this process by emailing help@livepayments.com with the email title ‘Request for CBS Woo ISV Configuration Kit’

  3. [From Live Payments]  A Valid Skyverge plugin License

    • Live Payments should have purchased this on your behalf, and sent it to the email address associated with your Wordpress account.

    • If you sign in to your WooCommerce > Subscriptions dashboard, you should be able to see'Cybersource Payment Gateway' in there as an active subscription.

    • If you have not received this, please contact help@livepayments.com with the email title ‘Skyverge WooCommerce Licence Required’

  4. WooCommerce 4.3+

  5. WordPress 5.2+

  6. PHP 7.0+ (check this at Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status)

  7. A valid SSL certificate for your website
