Payments to your bank account will be made based on your payment schedule with Live Payments. Fund disbursements for eCommerce are processed separate to other Live Payments products, such as a payment terminal.
You will receive payment notifications via email, which includes the amount we have settled into your bank account.
Simply log into the Live Portal to view and download payment reports, which include all transaction details and associated fees. Each transaction can be referred to using the Transaction Reference ID.
