What to Do if Your Terminal is Stolen

If your terminal is stolen, please notify us immediately so we can protect your account and keep you trading.

What we’ll do
  • Deactivate the stolen terminal in our system to prevent unauthorised use.
  • Dispatch a replacement terminal immediately.
  • Apply the applicable charge in line with our Fee Schedule.

Note: Merchants (including taxi operators) are responsible for maintaining insurance to cover theft or loss of terminals. Police reports are not accepted as grounds for fee waivers.
