How to Return Your Terminal
When you no longer need your terminal — for example, if you’re closing your account — it must be returned in good working condition.
Not sure whether you have a standalone or integrated terminal? Contact us at help@livepayments.com or call 1300 780 788, and we’ll confirm the right process for you before you start.
Returning a Standalone Terminal
If your product is a standalone terminal, follow these steps:
- Contact us at help@livepayments.com or call 1300 780 788.
- We’ll send you a prepaid satchel to return the terminal.
- If you’re returning multiple terminals, we’ll send a satchel containing one prepaid satchel per terminal. Please package each terminal separately.
- Include all accessories (charger, cables).
- Seal the satchel and affix the prepaid shipping label.
Tip: Keeping the original packaging makes it easier to return your terminal safely.
Returning an Integrated Terminal
If your product is an integrated terminal, the return process is a little different:
- A technician will attend your site to collect the terminals.
- Please contact our team to arrange a collection appointment.
- Ensure the terminals are ready with all accessories (charger, cables) when the technician attends.
Reminder: Do not send integrated terminals back via post. A technician must collect them.
