Shopify Boarding Guide with CyberSource app

Overview

The CyberSource payment app for Shopify enables you to accept Unified Checkout payments directly in your online store, including card payments and supported digital wallets (such as Apple Pay, and Google Pay), processed via the Cybersource payment gateway.

This guide will eventually provide Live Payments merchants with end-to-end installation and configuration steps specific to the Shopify app, including how to apply the credentials supplied by Live Payments in the Configuration Kit.

Availability
The Live Payments integration for Shopify is planned to be available from H1. 2026.

Before You Start

Before setting up the integration, please ensure the following:

• You are registered with a Live Payments eCommerce / ISV account.

• You have received your ISV Configuration Kit from the Live Payments Customer Support team.
  This kit includes essential information such as CyberSource app credentials and configuration details required for your Shopify setup.

• If you have not received the ISV Configuration Kit or are unsure about your account setup, please contact help@livepayments.com or call 1300 780 788 for assistance.

Live Payments is a Cybersource partner and uses the Cybersource payment gateway to process your eCommerce transactions. While this Shopify-specific guide is being completed — and until the Live Payments integration becomes available (target: H1. 2026) — you can review the official Cybersource resources below to understand how the Cybersource app is installed and configured in Shopify:
