If your terminal is damaged, contact us straight away — we'll dispatch a replacement to keep you trading while the damaged unit is assessed.

What we'll do

Dispatch a replacement terminal immediately to minimise downtime.
Include a prepaid return satchel with your replacement for sending back the damaged unit.
Assess the returned terminal and confirm any applicable fees.

Return the damaged terminal

Use the prepaid satchel included with your replacement. Pack the terminal with all accessories (charger, cables) and drop it at any Australia Post outlet. For full packaging and postage steps, see How to return your terminal.

We assess the terminal and confirm fees

Fees are only confirmed after assessment. If the terminal can be repaired, a repair fee applies. If it is beyond repair, a replacement fee applies instead. See the Fee Schedule for amounts.
