What to Do if Your Terminal is Damaged
If your terminal is damaged, we’ll send a replacement straight away to minimise downtime. The damaged terminal must be returned for assessment.
Assessment Outcome
- If the terminal can be repaired, a repair fee will apply.
- If the terminal is beyond repair, a replacement fee will apply instead.
- Fees are only applied after the assessment is complete. See our Fee Schedule.
Next Steps
- We’ll dispatch a replacement terminal to keep you trading.
- Use the prepaid satchel included with your replacement to return the damaged terminal.
- Include all accessories (charger, cables).
- We’ll assess the returned terminal and confirm any applicable fees.
