Do paper rolls cost?

Paper rolls with Live eftpos are completely free. Businesses are able to order new paper rolls when needed through their Live eftpos device.

You can find steps on how to order paper rolls below:

1. Press 'Account' from the main screen
2. Press 'Order rolls'
3. Select the number of rolls you require
4. To select a higher amount, press 'Other'
5. Enter the number of rolls you require using the keypad and press the green button
6. Confirm the number of rolls you require
7. Once submitted, you will receive your paper roll order within 3 business days
