What do I do if I have not been paid?

  1. Check your settlement report to see if it says batch uploaded. If it says 'Batch closed', please perform a manual settlement.
  2. If it says 'Batch empty', please contact support if you do not get receive payment in the next pay run.
  3. If it still says 'Batch closed', submit a support ticket, we will respond with 1 business day.
