How do I reboot my device?

To reboot the device follow the instructions below.

  • Disconnect the device from the power source (charging base or micro USB cable)
  • Hold down the red button until the device switches off
  • Wait 10 seconds
  • Hold down the green button to switch the device back on

The device will now switch back on and begin loading. You can now reconnect the device to the power source.
