Why is my terminal declining every transaction?

  1. Check to see if there is battery and a signal. This is essential to check as a low signal can directly relate to battery level. If the battery is low, it needs to be charged before the signal can be regained. 
  2. If the battery is full but there is still no signal, restart the terminal. 
  3. If you are still not having any luck, please submit a support ticket
