What can I do if my terminal is frozen?

  • Disconnect your device from the charger (if applicable)
  • Turn off your device by unplugging it from a power source and holding down the red button until the screen turns off
  • Wait 15 seconds
  • Plug it back into a power source or hold down the Green button for approx 10 seconds

You can prevent this by turning the terminal off when you're not using it, or by restarting it every day or at least every couple of days.
