View Reports

The Settlement Reports feature in the Live Payments Portal provides you with a clear view of your transaction settlements. You can easily manage, review, and download settlement reports in PDF format, ensuring you have the essential financial documentation needed for record-keeping and accounting.

Daily Reports
This component provides you with detailed reports on daily transactions, including sales, deductions (such as refund, chargeback), fees, and amounts paid to the bank. Each report can be expanded to display a breakdown of transactions by product type (e.g., Terminal, Virtual Terminal, eCommerce and LiveTap).

Monthly Reports
You can generate and download monthly settlement summaries, offering a consolidated view of your financial activities for the selected month. These statements summarize total sales, fees, and net amounts settled.

Annual Reports
You can generate annual settlement statements, providing a comprehensive summary of all transactions and settlements over the fiscal year. These reports are essential for annual financial reporting and tax purposes.
