There are two ways to restart your PAX A920Pro — a soft restart for routine use, and a hard reboot for when the terminal is unresponsive.

Press and hold the Power button on the right side of the terminal. |

Select the Restart option from the icons displayed on screen. |

When the Restart icon is highlighted in the centre of the screen, tap Restart again to confirm. The terminal will reboot. |

Turn the terminal over and locate the battery cover on the bottom half. |
|
Slide the battery cover latch to the right (towards the unlock icon) and lift the cover off. |
|
Lift the battery out to cut all power, then wait 5 seconds. |
|
Reinsert the battery and replace the cover. Slide the latch left to lock it. |
|
Press and hold the Power button to turn the terminal back on. |
