Oracle NetSuite Boarding Guide with Live Payments

Overview

The Cybersource payment gateway integration for Oracle NetSuite allows you to securely accept online card payments and other supported payment methods directly through your NetSuite environment.

This guide will provide Live Payments merchants with end-to-end installation and configuration steps for Oracle NetSuite using the credentials supplied by Live Payments in the ISV Configuration Kit. It serves as a placeholder until the full Live Payments–specific instructions are completed.

Before You Start

Before setting up the integration, please ensure the following:

  • You have a Live Payments eCommerce / ISV account.

  • You have received your ISV Configuration Kit from Live Payments Customer Support.
    This kit includes key information such as:

    • Cybersource Merchant ID

    • API credentials / keys

    • Other configuration values required for your Oracle NetSuite setup

  • You have administrative access to your Oracle NetSuite environment and permission to install and configure SuiteApps / integrations.
