Locating Your WooCommerce Account/Email Address

Locating Your WooCommerce Account/Email Address

Introduction

Live Payments has shared the SkyVerge plugin license with our customers, requiring their WooCommerce account/email address, separate from website administrator credentials. If you're having trouble finding your WooCommerce or WordPress account/email address, follow these steps:

Steps

  1. Go to woo.com and click on "Log in

  2. Your browser will redirect you to the WordPress login page, as WordPress and WooCommerce share credentials:

    1. If you have an existing account, log in using your email and password.
      1. Ensure the email used for login matches the one Live Payments needs for sharing the SkyVerge plugin license.
      2. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" option on this page.
    2. If you don't have an account yet, click "Sign up".
      1. Fill in all the required details to complete the sign-up process
      2. The email successfully registered here is the one Live Payments needs to share the SkyVerge plugin license.
