Locating Your WooCommerce Account/Email Address
Introduction
Live Payments has shared the SkyVerge plugin license with our customers, requiring their WooCommerce account/email address, separate from website administrator credentials. If you're having trouble finding your WooCommerce or WordPress account/email address, follow these steps:
Steps
- Go to woo.com and click on "Log in
- Your browser will redirect you to the WordPress login page, as WordPress and WooCommerce share credentials:
- If you have an existing account, log in using your email and password.
- Ensure the email used for login matches the one Live Payments needs for sharing the SkyVerge plugin license.
- If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" option on this page.
- If you don't have an account yet, click "Sign up".
- Fill in all the required details to complete the sign-up process
- The email successfully registered here is the one Live Payments needs to share the SkyVerge plugin license.
