How to Perform a TEM Call

1. Press and hold the Power button (on the side of the terminal)
2. Select Services
3. Tap TEM Call
4. Tap Call Server
5. Wait for all three steps to show a green check:
Connecting
Downloading
Installing

Once the screen returns to the normal Pay Screen, advise to do a quick reboot on the terminal. Then process a test transaction.
