Change your portal password

Change your portal password

Go to "Settings", select "Account", click "Change password".

Passwords must meet minimum criteria before they can be updated.
  1. Minimum 8 characters long
  2. Minimum 1 uppercase & lowercase
  3. Minimum 1 number
  4. Minimum 1 symbol e.g #$@%
Once you have created a new password, you will receive a new password confirmation email.
