Adobe Commerce

This document provides installation and configuration guidance for merchants using Adobe Commerce with the Cybersource payment gateway, via Live Payments.

Please note that Adobe Commerce is different from Magento Open Source.
If you are using the free Magento version, please refer to the dedicated Magento installation guide below:

👉 Magento Boarding Guide:

This Adobe Commerce guide is intended for merchants running either:

  • Adobe Commerce Cloud, or

  • Adobe Commerce On-Premise

and will be expanded with full Live Payments–specific configuration steps.

Before setting up the integration, please ensure the following:

  • You are registered with a Live Payments ‘eCommerce / ISV’ account.
  • You have received your ISV Configuration Kit from the Live Payments CS or Applications team. This kit includes essential information such as API credentials and configuration details required for setup.
  • You have administrator access to your Adobe Commerce environment (Cloud or On-Prem).
  • You have permissions to install extensions/modules using Composer, Marketplace, or admin panel configuration.

If you haven’t received the ISV Configuration Kit or are unsure about your account setup, please contact help@livepayments.com or call 1300 780 788 for assistance.

This section is currently being updated.

Live Payments is preparing a detailed Adobe Commerce installation and configuration guide, including:

  • How to install the Adobe Commerce / Cybersource extension

  • How to configure payment methods and test/live environments

  • Field-by-field mapping using your Live Payments ISV Configuration Kit

  • Recommended settings for security, fraud, and order management

Live Payments is a partner of Cybersource and uses the Cybersource payment gateway to process all eCommerce transactions.
While the Live Payments–specific Adobe Commerce guide is being finalised, you may refer to the official Cybersource documentation for Adobe Commerce:
